I really think The Dark Masks and Romeo vs An Yu are spectacular ideas.

I really think this should be the Season 4 finale: The Villain League: Octobella summons the team of Romeo, Munki-Gu and Pharaoh Boy to help her steal the PJs', Luna, Night Ninja and the Wolfy Kids powers. (note: this is a 1 Hour Villain Special)

For Octopharaoh what if Pharaoh boy combined octobella's crystal with his staff and becomes an octo merboy and uses the staff to transform Amaya into a mermaid then puts her under a spell to attack the other PJ masks, while Octobella goes up against Pharaoh boy so she can get control of her crystal back?

Strange, in Octopharaoh, the first thing you said (about Pharaoh Boy as a merpharaoh) is actually something that happens.
