Synopsis
The PJ Masks are at the pagoda, where An Yu shows them the Cave Stones: magical stones representing the four classic elements. Gekko notices one stone is missing, which An Yu confirms; it's the Ordinary Stone, and An Yu has to find it in the city, or else the stones will lose their powers, and the mountain will crumble. The PJs offer to help, but An Yu insists that she must do this alone, despite having no powers outside Mystery Mountain. Only as an ordinary girl can she find the ordinary stone.
The following day, Connor and Greg are still convinced An Yu needs their help, and despite Amaya's protest, the PJs decide to keep an eye on An Yu that night. That night, at HQ, they track An Yu on the PJ Picture Player as she leaves the portal to Mystery Mountain. She quickly appears to get lost, so the PJs decide to go to her in the Cat-Car. They find her at a maintenance hole cover, which she claims is the entrance to the Ordinary Stone's hiding place. Gekko offers to open the lid for her, but An Yu proves she is perfectly capable of doing so herself by using her staff as a lever.
As An Yu enters the maintenance hole, a Ninjalino spots her and warns Night Ninja, who is immediately interested in this stone An Yu is looking for. An Yu meanwhile has ended up in an underground cave, where she encounters a giant hourglass that immediately begins to run, indicating how much time she has left to get the stone. She next spots a button on the wall, and manages to reach it by pushing a giant boulder underneath it first. Pushing the button reveals more buttons, all of which she has to reach and push. As An Yu works on this puzzle, and the PJs stand guard at the maintenance hole, Night Ninja and the Ninjalinos prepare to ambush the heroes. One Ninjalino goes to Mystery Mountain to get the other four stones, but finds himself unable to touch the stones, however, as they zap him upon trying.
In the cave, An Yu solves the final part of the puzzle, where she has to reach a chain hanging from the ceiling, and the hiding place of the Ordinary Stone opens. With the stone, she returns to the street above, but finds the PJs have been trapped in Sticky Splat by Night Ninja and the Ninjalinos. Night Ninja demands the Ordinary Stone in return for the PJs, and reveals he is about to get the other stones as well. The Ninjalinos also trap An Yu in Sticky Splat, and Night Ninja takes the Ordinary Stone. He goes to the pagoda and takes the other stones. This angers the mountain, which begins to shake violently.
With encouragement from the PJ Masks, An Yu manages to reach her staff, and uses it to push herself and the PJs through the portal. Once back at the mountain, An Yu's powers return and she frees both herself and the PJs. She then flies to the pagoda, reclaims the stones, and forces Night Ninja to leave. With the stones safely back where they belong, the mountain calms down. An Yu and the PJs shout their victory cry.
