Synopsis
An Yu is flying through the city when her staff drags her to The Park, where she notices somebody has multiplied the benches. She wants to solve the mystery. The next morning, Amaya, Greg and Connor are in the park, wondering why they didn't hear from An Yu last night. They too spot the pile of benches, and realize Romeo is using his Multiplying Machine again. Considering what he did with that invention last time, the heroes decide to take him on tonight.
That night, in the Power Q, the PJ's inform their fellow heroes about Romeo's invention. An Yu volunteers to stop him, and Gekko comes with her. They take the Gekko-Mobile to go back to the park. An Yu uses her staff to detect where Romeo is. When they find him, they overhear him plotting to multiply his lab so it can be everywhere. Gekko volunteers to sneak up to Romeo and get the multiplier, but An Yu wants to be the one to stop him. With her staff, she flies to Romeo and snatches the invention from him, with Robot failing to stop her. Gekko is disappointed that he didn't get to do anything, so he offers to put the multiplier in the Gekko-Mobile. Unfortunately, he trips and drop the multiplier, which goes off and hits him, turning him into four Gekkos.
The multiplier itself is lost in the accident, and Romeo shows up to look for his stolen invention, forcing the heroes to flee. An Yu and two of the Gekkos run to the entrance to Mystery Mountain. An Yu tries to think of a plan, but the Gekkos are too much of a distraction. She informs them there's a magic ring hidden deep in the caves of Mystery Mountain that could help them. The Gekkos immediately head for Mystery Mountain, but unbeknownst to them An Yu was lying; she just wanted them out of the way so she could concentrate. Then a third Gekko shows up, and An Yu sends him to the library to look for a book about machines that might help them stop Romeo. Again, it's just a ruse to get some quiet time. When the fourth Gekko shows up, An Yu once again makes up an excuse to get rid of him; this time that they need a special comic book that could hold useful information. With all the Gekkos occupied, An Yu proceeds to chase down Romeo on her own.
When she finds Romeo at the museum, he has just retrieved his multiplier. An Yu can't stop him before he uses it to create four labs. Then the Gekko she sent to get the book comes out of the museum, and is captured by two of the labs, while the other two chase after An Yu. In Mystery Mountain, the two Gekko's looking for the ring fail to find it, and, believing they failed, head back to the city. Meanwhile, An Yu runs into the Gekko she sent to the Comic Book Store, and confesses to the ruse. He too is captured before he can help, however. An Yu hurries back to the portal, where she runs into the last two Gekkos and confesses her lie. Then the labs catch up with her and she is captured, losing her staff in the process.
The labs bring An Yu to Romeo and the other two captured Gekkos, with the last two free Gekkos following close behind. The labs attack them and quickly threaten to overwhelm the Gekkos. By combining their Super Gekko Muscles, the two captured Gekkos break out of the forcefield. They attack the labs and push them away, allowing the other two Gekkos to free An Yu. They wreck the labs, and An Yu breaks the multiplier, which causes all the duplicate labs and Gekkos to disappear. Romeo and Robot leave, while An Yu and Gekko shout their victory cry.
