SynopsisThe episode begins with Connor, Amaya, and Greg discussing their super moves from last night’s mission as they leave school. Connor is about to share how cool his super move was when he bounces into a bush. The cause is a green blob which can bounce. That night, the PJ Picture Player shows a trail of bouncy green blobs around the town. Catboy is determined to prove how super he is despite any blobs tripping him up. He ignores his friends saying that him tripping earlier is not a big deal and doesn’t have to make a big deal about being super. The PJ Masks follow the trail of blobs as Catboy occupies himself with trying to be super using his Super Cat Speed. The trail suddenly stops, although behind a street corner is Romeo scolding Robot. Someone has stolen his new invention, the Bounce-a-Lot Machine, which he plans to use to take over the world once he finds it. He and Robot leave to search for it. The team also searches for the invention and soon finds out that Night Ninja has it: he is turning Sticky Splats into bouncy splats, which are then placed around the town by his Ninjalinos. The team attempts to grab the Bounce-a-Lot Machine from the bouncing ninjas passing it to each other. Catboy attempts to Super Cat Speed to catch them, but ends up in a tree after tripping on another bouncy splat. Owlette helps him down afterwards. As the ninjas continue to spread and zap the Sticky Splats everywhere, Night Ninja explains that the bouncy splats will help them go fast and bounce high enough to steal everything: gym equipment to make the Ninjalinos stronger, art supplies to create art projects of himself, and all of the Master Fang comics to have the greatest comic book collection ever. Owlette blows the Ninjalinos off-course, and Gekko collects the bouncy splats. Meanwhile, Catboy is still trying to prove that he’s super, though he trips on a couple more splats. He soon comes up with the idea of combining them with his Super Cat Speed in order to create his most super move ever. It results in him crashing into Owlette and the ninjas taking off with the comics. His friends try telling him again about not needing to prove he’s super, but it falls on deaf ears as he attempts the move again. A Ninjalino places a bouncy splat on Catboy’s path. The rest of the Ninjalinos follow suit to create a Bounce-a-Tron; Catboy gets trapped as he tries to regain control. Gekko runs over to catch him, but he trips on one of the splats thrown onto the streets. Owlette tries to help out until she loses control from another one being thrown onto her cape. The two are soon trapped in the Bounce-a-Tron as well. Romeo’s Lab appears. Romeo claims the ensuing chaos to be because of him inventing the Bounce-a-Lot Machine. Night Ninja appears behind him and claims that he was the one to come up with the plan. They argue about who’s badder than the other, better at creating villainous schemes, and whose sidekicks are greater and fight over the invention. Robot steps in to grab it and shakes off the ninjas. The Ninjalinos, then later Night Ninja who chases after them, get caught in the Bounce-a-Tron. Wearing super heavy boots to stay grounded, Romeo proceeds to zap parts of the town so that when people step outside, they’ll bounce away, preventing them from stopping him to take over the world. He and Night Ninja resume their argument about who’s badder than the other. Listening to the villains, Owlette and Gekko compare it to what Catboy was doing earlier: trying to prove that he’s super, even though he is already. If he wants to make the statement true, then he needs to work with the team. Catboy admits they’re right, apologizes, and agrees to do so. Catboy Super Cat Jumps as he hits a bouncy splat towards Owlette, who blows him towards Gekko with her Owl Wing Wind. The team grasps each other’s hands through Gekko’s Super Lizard Grip as they soar away from the Bounce-a-Tron. Back on the ground, Catboy speeds around Robot to make him dizzy. He steps on a splat and bounces away as his boots are knocked off. Owlette blows down Romeo and takes his boots away. He chases her until he bounces off after stepping on one as well, dropping his Bounce-a-Lot Machine. Gekko catches the invention, sets it in reverse, and zaps everything back to normal. Everyone in the Bounce-a-Tron stops bouncing around. Catboy sets the machine back to its intended setting and zaps a nearby Sticky Splat. Gekko attaches it to the invention, throws it down, and it bounces off into space. Defeated, all the villains leave, Romeo and Night Ninja quarreling over whose future plan will be better to defeat the PJ Masks. Catboy begins to Super Cat Speed away to clean up all the Sticky Splats around the town as fast as he can. However, he stops after his friends call out that there is a lot of them, and remembering his lesson, he speeds back and asks them to help him out. Moral/Lesson
