The following characters appeared in the episode "Cat-Car Chaos":
Catboy is taking a nighttime drive around the town. As he does that, Romeo shows Robot his new invention, the Ride Wrecker. Robot asks Romeo if he can have a try at it, but the villain refuses, saying that he is going to use it to zap Catboy's Cat-Car once he drives past them.
On cue, Catboy arrives at the scene, explaining that he took a shortcut. He uses the Cat Roar feature in an attempt to disable Romeo's Ride Wrecker, then uses the Super Cat Jump feature to leap over Romeo and Robot. Once that is finished, Catboy demands Romeo to surrender the invention.
Romeo is not letting Catboy's vehicle's features defeat him in using his Ride Wrecker, and he zaps the Cat-Car to affect them. Catboy activates the Cat Roar feature again, but the effects of the invention have lessened the roaring sonic wave to a meowing sonic wave. This does not faze him, though, and he jumps out of the Cat-Car, ready to take on the villains.
In response, Romeo zaps Catboy's vehicle again, this time to shrink it. However, because of the Cat Roar's effects on the Ride Wrecker, it short-circuits, and the invention enlarges it. Catboy is pleased at the sight of it, but Romeo is not. He tries to fix up the invention, but it shrinks itself.
Now that the Ride Wrecker is not of any worries to him anymore, Catboy says goodbye to Romeo and Robot, jumps into his Cat-Car, and happily drives away. The two villains start looking around for the invention, and the short comes to a close.
