Synopsis

The episode begins at school. Class has ended and the kids are leaving, along with Connor, Amaya and Greg, when Timmy passes by and tells Connor he will see him tonight. Amaya asks what is going on and the latter responds that Timmy is staying over at his house. Connor worries that he won't be able to go out for hero work that night since he has to babysit his little buddy. Unbeknownst to the trio, they are being watched by Romeo's Spy-Bot. Amaya and Greg assure Connor they can handle tonight, and Amaya can lead the Power Heroes while he is with Timmy.

That night, the Power Heores, except Catboy, meet up in Power Q. Meanhwile, Connor is at his house and leads Timmy to his room. Timmy finds the toys, comic books and video games Connor has very nice. He then pulls out his frog-themed remote control car and plays with it. The Spy-Bot is now spying on Connor and Timmy. Romeo is hiding behind a tree in front of the house and hearing everything from Connor's room. Romeo laughs maliciously and calls for Robot to come. Timmy plays hide-and-seek with Connor and finds the latter easily, since he tripped over the froggy car and fell backwards. Connor looks at the window and wonders how the Power Heroes are doing without him.

Meanwhile in Power Q, all the other heroes have left on their missions while Owlette and Gekko are still at HQ with PJ Robot. The latter two then notice Romeo and Robot are outside Connor's house with a bunch of shrunken objects. Sensing trouble, they take the Owl-Glider down to Earth to investigate. In his house, Connor lies down on his bed to relax a little, when Timmy asks to play something else. So Timmy starts playing action heroes. This makes Connor think of his friends, but then he looks out the window and he sees Romeo and Robot, who are purposely trying to get his attention. Wanting to be a hero again, Connor asks Timmy to get ready for bed. Robot and Romeo run down the street shrinking things when the Owl-Glider shows up and chases them. At some point, Romeo and Robot enter an alley and when the Owl-Glider enters it too, the villains are nowhere to be found. Confused, the heroes leave, failing to realize that Romeo and Robot hid thanks to the lab's invisibility feature.

In Connor's bedroom, he and Timmy are already laying down ready to sleep, until Timmy asks Connor to read him a story. Annoyed, Connor tells him a very fast and quick story, which apparently makes Timmy fall asleep, until he is revealed to still to be awake and asks for another story, to Connor's annoyance. Meanwhile, the Owl-Glider is flying over the city, the heroes see Romeo's Lab driving and bumping into objects and start following it. Meanwhile, Connor has read many books to Timmy, who has finally fallen asleep. So Connor transforms into Catboy and leaves his house in Super Cat Speed. When he finds the Owl-Glider chasing the lab, he goes right after it. The chase ends when Romeo's lab suddenly comes to a stop. Catboy meets up with his friends, who are shocked to learn that he left Timmy alone, but he assures them Timmy is sleeping and there's nothing to worry about. At that moment, Romeo calls Robot and orders him to point the shrinker to Connor's room. Robot shoots the shrinker in Timmy's direction.

Romeo leaves the lab and reveals that he ordered Robot to shrink Timmy, to the PJ Masks' horror, moslty Catboy's. The heroes immediately run to Connor's house. They look for him in the room, but they can't, not even with Owlette's owl eyes. Then Romeo appears on the window, he claims he will give the heroes his shrinker so they can get Timmy back to normal, but only if the PJ Masks give him their Animal Amulets, to their big shock. Romeo tells them to go to the Park to make the deal and leaves with Robot. Seeing they don't have a choice, Catboy, Gekko and Owlette transform back into their daytime indentities and take off their amulets. Connor sadly apologizes to his friends for leaving Timmy alone, and the kids become sad thinking they might never be heroes again. Then Connor sees Timmy's froggy car on the floor and gets an idea on how to save the day.

In the Park, Connor, Greg and Amaya are already there with Romeo. Greg is holding Connor's amulet because the latter is apparently upset. Romeo is delighted in having the PJ amulets to himself. Greg and Amaya demand to know where Timmy and the shrinker are. Romeo only shows the shinker, which is with Robot. Then it is revealed that Connor is hinding the froggy car's remote behind his back, and is using it to make the car run straight to them. Eager to have the PJ's powers, Romeo walks to the kids, until Greg and Amaya throw the amulets in the air. Romeo tries to catch them, but Connor makes the froggy car drives to under Romeo's foot, and onto Robot. Amaya, Greg and Connor retrieve their amulets, put them on and transform back into their hero identities. The latter quickly grabs the shrinker and shrinks Romeo, who demands to be unshrunken, but the heroes will only do so if he tells them where Timmy is, so Romeo reluctantly agrees to.

In Connor's room, Catboy finds a tiny Timmy sleeping on the leaves of his plant, with earmuffs so he wouldn't hear the heroes searching for him. Gekko reverts the shrinker and turns Timmy back to his normal size, then he gives the machine to Robot, who refuses to turn Romeo back to normal size yet, thinking he is cute and tiny, much to the latter's annoyance. The PJ Masks shout their victory cry after this successful mission.
