SynopsisThe episode starts off with Amaya and Greg excited for the Jayden Houston concert tomorrow, but also upset that it’s sold out. Connor reveals that his mom bought some tickets, the spare one intended for his best friend, meaning that even though Amaya and Greg are his best friends, he can only choose one. They begin making offers in hopes of going with him until a man informs them that the concert is cancelled. Jayden can’t perform because his famous golden microphone used every performance was stolen last night. That night, after finding a piece of paper with footprints earlier, Catboy scans it on the PJ Picture Player. Owlette gives him two friendship bracelets with the reason that he’s her best friend. Although suspicious that this is her way of getting the spare concert ticket, he accepts them until Gekko gives him a stuffed blue cat. He states that the PJ Masks should see whose footprints are on the paper, but also asks if they have anything else. Owlette gives Catboy a peach from her Owl-Glider, which is his favorite fruit. As Gekko thinks of what to give him, he eats the peach, which squirts juice on the footprints, messing up the results. The team assures him that they’ll find another way to figure out who stole the microphone. Owlette quickly suggests looking in the Owl-Glider, much to Gekko’s annoyance, and they take off. Catboy hears with his Cat Ears someone using a microphone in the museum. The team lands and goes on top of the building to find Luna Girl with the stolen item for the purpose of singing with her moths and putting on her own concert, especially since she can’t watch the Jayden Houston concert herself. Catboy declares to get it back and give the spare ticket to whoever is able to do something amazing to help him. Catboy and Owlette hide while Gekko camouflages himself and sneaks up on Luna Girl to grab the microphone. Once she stops singing, she notices his outline. The moths pin him down, and she attempts to zap Owlette upon also noticing her, the rays hitting the Pterodactyl model. Catboy saves Owlette before it falls on her, but his tail gets caught when he tries advancing towards Luna Girl. While she and her moths escape, Owlette and Gekko help him as a chance to get the spare ticket. Owlette falls down as a result, but is otherwise unharmed. A few moments later, as the team searches for Luna Girl, Catboy still can’t decide who he should take with him to the concert. Just then, he finds Owlette’s missing Flossy Flash action figure near her seat and gives it to her, though she decides to let him keep it for as long as he wants. Gekko offers to clean his room for a month. To beat his offer, she lets Catboy fly the Owl-Glider. Catboy is excited, despite coming into close contact with a couple of buildings. Owlette soon finds with her Owl Eyes Luna Girl and her moths on stage. With her instructions, Catboy uses the Owl-Glider’s claws to grab the microphone. He starts celebrating until he realizes too late that he let go of the steering wheel. The Owl-Glider crashes to the ground, and the microphone falls out. After the moths give it to Luna Girl before he can grab it, it doesn’t work when she tries singing into it. She blames the team for apparently breaking it. Fearing that Jayden Houston will never perform again if they retrieve the microphone, Catboy realizes it wouldn’t have been broken if he didn’t make Owlette and Gekko compete for the spare ticket and accept their offers. He apologizes to them, who also feel that they’ve contributed to the situation. They apologize to him for forcing him to pick who he wants to take for the concert, as well as to each other for their competitiveness. The team directs their attention towards Luna Girl, who has decided to keep the broken microphone since it’s shiny and golden. In the chase that follows, they take the item away from her, then find out that it’s not broken, only turned off after it hit the ground. They turn it on and perform their Theme Song on the stage. As Luna Girl fails to get it back, the moths join in, captivated by their performance. She gives up, and once the performance ends, the group of villains leave while she sings the theme song to herself. The PJ Masks place the microphone back where it belongs and proclaim their signature victory phrase. The next day, the Jayden Houston concert is back on, but Connor decides not to go as he can’t decide who he should take. Amaya and Greg refuse to accept his tickets until the man from yesterday gives another one to them, which was reserved for whoever retrieved the golden microphone, although no one knows who they were. They thank him and celebrate. Moral/Lesson
