SynopsisThe episode starts off with Connor racing to the classroom to be the first, but he sees his desk has been messed up. As Amaya and Greg help him clean it up, Cameron comes in and asks if they can help him with his homework since they always do well on it. Connor says they can't as their busy, so he offers to help. As he reaches over to get things, he bumps some other things out of the way. Conner gets annoyed, thinking he’s making his desk messier, and tells him that he’s too busy to help right now. Cameron apologizes, saying that he was just trying to help, and sadly walks away. Amaya informs Connor that they should’ve helped him until Greg finds a page with tiny footprints. That night, Catboy scans the tiny-footprint marked page on the PJ Picture Player to reveal that a small Ninjalino made them. As the PJ Masks talk, a Teeny Weeny Ninjalino sneaks around Catboy’s base room until he bumps into a couple of objects and turns on the TV. He runs away when the team spots him, but he slips on a small furball. Owlette and Gekko remark how small and cute he is, though scared, and figure that they should help him if he’s in trouble. Catboy disagrees, thinking that Night Ninja must have sent the Ninjalino to cause trouble, like what happened at school. Owlette justifies that he might be lost, so he asks him if that’s the case, though he doesn’t answer, making him think that he’s tricking them, while the others believe that he doesn’t understand what he’s saying. He tries to get him to leave, then shakes him off when he hugs him. After the Ninjalino impresses Owlette and Gekko with his tricks, he leads Catboy in playing tag around HQ. In a few moments, Catboy finally catches the Ninjalino and shows Owlette and Gekko the mess that he made. They inform him that it was really him who did most of it and that the Ninjalino just wants to have fun. Not convinced, Catboy sends him out of HQ. He ignores the others saying that he’s scared and declares that they need to find Night Ninja since he let him loose and must be planning something. They take off in the Owl-Glider. However, as the team searches for Night Ninja, Catboy finds the Ninjalino, who has snuck in the aircraft. He tries grabbing him so he can keep them safe, but he jumps on him, causing him to kick Owlette’s seat. The Owl-Glider briefly flies erratically until Owlette regains control. She gives the Ninjalino to Gekko for protection, stating that he probably needs help, although they can’t do anything right now until they safely land. Catboy declares that he’ll take him instead, although Gekko refuses to give him to him, seeing that he makes a sad face. Believing that it’s a trick, Catboy attempts to take the Ninjalino away from Gekko. He hits Owlette’s seat again, and the Owl-Glider crashes down in the sports field. He grabs the Ninjalino and blames him for making the team crash. Despite them trying to convince him that he caused it himself and that the Ninjalino needs help, he pushes him away until the ninjas suddenly appear. Night Ninja reveals that, as Catboy suspected, the little Ninjalino is a spy sent to see how HQ works so he can easily take over. The Ninjalino jumps onto his shoulder, but much to everyone’s surprise, he shares that he wants to be the PJ Masks’ friend instead. As Night Ninja scolds him, he jumps off and hides behind Catboy, who believes that he could still spy on the team. Night Ninja sticky-splats Catboy to the Owl-Glider when he tries to chase him while the Ninjalinos hold Owlette and Gekko down. As Catboy tries to escape, to his surprise, the Ninjalino removes the Sticky Splats from him. Catboy thanks him for his help and apologizes for not helping him earlier, as they should always do so for anyone in trouble. The two approach Night Ninja, who is demanding the team to reveal HQ’s secrets so they can be set free. Realizing that the Ninjalino helped Catboy, he attempts to capture them, but Catboy moves out of the way, causing him to eventually crash into the Ninjalinos and set Owlette and Gekko free. Night Ninja throws Sticky Splats at the team. As Owlette and Gekko avoid them, the Ninjalino pushes Catboy away. Catboy places a trash can over him to protect him and spins it around to deflect the remaining Sticky Splats towards Night Ninja and two Ninjalinos. He then removes the projectile from him and helps him up. Night Ninja admits that he should say “thank you,” and the ninjas start leaving, including the tiny Ninjalino, who gives Catboy a high-five and a hug. The Teeny Weeny Ninjalino jumps on Night Ninja’s head and taps him, indicating that he wants to play tag, especially since he’s very good at it. Night Ninja accepts, saying that he’s the best at the game, and the ninjas play, leaving the PJ Masks to proclaim their signature victory phrase. The next day, Cameron thanks Connor, Amaya, and Greg for helping him with his homework. He tags Connor, and the kids play tag, ending the episode. Moral/Lesson
