Chu'a, also known as the Totem-Lizard, is an animal character of the Les Pyjamasques picture book series. He is one of the original three Totem Animals, along with Oolgee and Yahto the Tiger.

Physical appearance

Chu'a is a large, green lizard

Personality

Chu'a has a strong bond with Gluglu, and is very loyal and protective of him, as with all totem animals and the children they have chosen as friends.

Abilities

Along with being able to speak, Chu'a, like every other animal totem, can sing magic lullabies to protect children from nightmares and grants them a special costume with powers based off a totem animal's specific abilities.
