Croque-Chaussettes is a monster-like patchwork giant made of crudely sewn pieces of cloth. He is the antagonist of Les Pyjamasques picture book series, and is the original counterpart of Croque-Chaussettes. It is unknown where he lives, but his window of opportunity of getting into Tarabiscoville are closets during the event of the Night of the Black Moon. Motive & abilitiesMotiveCroque-Chaussettes has no direct motive in the series; however, due to his hungry mindset, his debut appearance involves him eating clothes at the Night of the Black Moon, and had nearly destroyed Tarabiscoville by flooding the place. AbilitiesCroque-Chaussettes can grow to enormous size if one tells a lie whenever he's present. And he can use the clothes he ate as projectiles to propel his opponents from defeating him. PersonalityCroque-Chaussettes can be very gluttony and a monster who has a passion of people lying that will allow him to become overpowered. However, he has a hatred towards truth being spoken by anyone which can cause him to unravel. Physical appearanceCroque-Chaussettes has a body that resembles a bunny, blue and pink buttons that represent his eyes, and green patchwork that is made to represent the color of Croque-Chaussettes.
