"Flashcar in the Sky" is the second segment of the 15th Season 5 episode of PJ Masks.
Summary
The PJs get caught up in a battle between Romeo and the Twins.[2]

Synopsis
The episode opens with the PJ Masks and their PJ Riders chasing after the Speedy Twins, but the villains are still too fast to catch. When Owlette tells the twins that at least she and Eagle Owl are still the fastest in the sky, the twins reveal that they're planning to rob Romeo's Flying Factory to give their Flashcar wings. This news terrifies Owlette.
The following day, Connor reasons that the Speedy Twins would first need to get to the Flying Factory if they want to steal something, which they can't. Then they notice a huge ramp in the middle of the street, no doubt built by the twins to launch their Flashcar to the Flying Factory. The 3 friends realize the twins are serious, so that night they transform into their superhero alter-egos to stop them.
At the ramp, Carly makes an attempt to reach the Flying Factory, but the Flashcar doesn't get high enough, and she ends up breaking the ramp. As a plan B, Cartoka uses a jetpack to fly to the Sky Factory, which the PJs see on the PJ Picture Player. They summon their PJ Riders. Owlette and Eagle Owl head for the factory, while Catboy and Gekko chase Carly with their riders.
On board the factory, Owlette warns Romeo and Robot about Cartoka. Romeo pretends to appreciate her warning and offers to help stop Cartoka, but he is secretly plotting something else. Together they chase after Cartoka. During the chase, Romeo reveals that Cartoka would need his Whizzbot 3000 to make the Flashcar fly. Naturally, Cartoka immediately tracks down and steals this machine, unaware that this is exactly what Romeo wants. As Cartoka leaves the Flying Factory with the stolen Whizzbot 3000, Romeo uses a force field to stop Owlette from following him. He reveals that once the twins add the Whizzbot 3000 to their car, Romeo will be able to remote control it and use it as a weapon to take over the world.
No sooner has Cartoka installed the Whizzbot 3000, or the Flashcar ejects both him and Carly and flies off without them. Owlette realizes she was too focused on stopping Cartoka to realize Romeo's true intentions. She can't warn Catboy and Gekko since the force field is blocking the PJ Communicators, but she manages to whistle for Eagle Owl to come and free her. They join up with their teammates on the ground, where Owlette apologizes for her mistake. Carly and Cartoka also offer to help since they want their car back. The PJs reluctantly agree since saving the city should come first.
In the factory, Romeo notices the PJs and Speedy Twins teaming up, and sends the Flashcar on a collision course with HQ. Owlette and Eagle Owl manage to help the Speedy Twins board the car, where Cartoka removes the Whizzbot 3000 just before the car can hit HQ. This causes the car to fall from the sky, but it is caught by Power Lizard. Romeo, angry at yet another plan being foiled, wrecks his remote, and makes it clear that he'll try and defeat them next time. Owlette tries to get the Speedy Twins to give them back the stolen parts of the PJ vehicles as a thanks for the PJs' help, but the twins are not interested and drive off. While they didn't get the parts back again, the PJs at least know they did the right thing, and shout their victory cry.

- Take note of your surroundings as well rather than focusing on one thing only.
Trivia
- Romeo and Robot meet the Speedy Twins and the PJ Riders/Spirit Animals: Cat Stripe King, Eagle Owl and Power Lizard for the first time.
- However, Cartoka was the one to meet Romeo and Robot in the Flying Factory while they met Carly indirectly since she was on the ground in the Flashcar at that time.
- Same thing also shows Romeo and Robot meeting Eagle Owl while meeting Cat Stripe King and Power Lizard indirectly since, just like Carly, they were on the ground. However, as of "Slow and Sneaky," Romeo and Robot have met Carly, Cat Stripe King and Power Lizard directly.
- Carly narrates an episode title for the first time.
- The PJ Masks and the Speedy Twins work together for the first time.
- Cartoka and Eagle Owl enter the Flying Factory for the first time.
- This episode features a new transformation sequence with the PJ Riders.

- The Multi-Ray makes its second appearance in this episode.
- This is the first Animal Power episode in which the Gigantogarage and Zoomzania are absent.
- This is the last episode of Season 5 that focuses on Owlette.
Errors
- At the beginning of the episode, when the PJ Masks and the PJ Riders chase Carly and Cartoka, they have a lighter shade.
