SynopsisThe episode starts off with Connor, Amaya, and Greg checking out the news posted on the comic bookstore’s website. The location has the only copy of the very first issue of the Flossy Flash comic book series, which reveals how she got her powers. As Greg looks for the schedule on the bookstore’s opening times, he sneezes and almost drops the tablet. He’s sick, although he assures that he’s alright and doesn’t need to stay inside. Suddenly, there’s a new message saying that the very first Flossy Flash issue is missing. Despite Connor and Amaya’s statement that they should find out who stole the comic and get it back without him in concern for his health, Greg insists on helping. However, once the PJ Masks arrive at HQ that night, he is sent flying upon sneezing. Since he now has Super Sneezes as Gekko, Catboy and Owlette inform him that he should stay inside and look at the PJ Picture Player. He starts protesting, but reluctantly complies. After testing out the PJ Communicators so they can keep in contact, Catboy and Owlette fly into town, unaware that Luna Girl and her moths are spying on them. Luna Girl follows them while the moths find a way to make Gekko come out. The PJ Picture Player’s alarm sounds and shows Luna Girl. Gekko contemplates whether to contact Catboy and Owlette or go out to help them, but decides to tell them in person. As Gekko leaves, the moths, except for one, enter HQ, briefly stopping when he is about to sneeze again. They enter Catboy’s base room and fight over the PJ Picture Player’s controls until they press his symbol icon, which lights up the space around the Cat-Car. Meanwhile, Catboy and Owlette are checking for any clues at the comic bookstore when they hear footsteps. Thinking that it’s a villain, they search where they’re coming from, encountering some damage until Gekko, who was responsible, flies out. He tells them about Luna Girl heading for the school and why he didn’t contact them from HQ. Although he wants to help, they remind him that he won’t get better if he doesn’t stay inside. Despite protesting again, Gekko returns to HQ with the note to warn Catboy and Owlette if he sees something. The moths, who are checking out the Cat-Car, quickly hide before he comes up. The PJ Picture Player comes back on to show a moth that has been attempting to go inside. Gekko is about to contact the team, but leaves again with the intention of following it to see what it’s up to. This leaves the moths to power up the Cat-Car and use its functions. The moth informs Luna Girl that Gekko has left HQ and the moths are trying to open it. It reveals that she wants to take it over. Catboy and Owlette come in, see her with the Flossy Flash comic, and chase her until Owlette uses the Owl-Glider’s Owl Wing Wind to push her down. Catboy jumps out, and the two surround her; however, the Owl-Glider suddenly flies itself, forcing Owlette to fly out. The moths have been able to find the PJ Picture Player’s remote control feature and are now moments away from opening HQ. Before Catboy can stop her from flying off, Gekko suddenly appears, wanting to help out after seeing the commotion earlier. While she and the moth leave, Gekko apologizes for not staying at HQ like he was supposed to. Catboy and Owlette quickly run back before Luna Girl can get there, though they’re too late, and the bay door is opening up. Gekko fortunately catches up and informs them that he can still help out from inside. As Catboy and Owlette confront Luna Girl threatening to damage the Flossy Flash comic, Gekko sneaks into HQ with his Super Gekko Camouflage and shoos the moths away. One jams the bay door once it fully opens, so to hold her off until he gets it unstuck, Owlette blows Luna Girl down. The moths retaliate by crowding around her. Luna Girl attempts to fly in until Gekko blocks the entrance with the Owl-Glider. As revenge, she drops the comic. After shooing the moths away, Owlette grabs Catboy as soon as he jumps in and catches the comic. Gekko safely places them down with the Owl-Glider before they fall in the water, then traps Luna Girl in there before she can enter HQ, giving him enough time to get the door unstuck and close it. Catboy and Owlette commend him, remarking that he’s still important to the team, albeit being sick and having to stay inside. Luna Girl is let out, and she and her moths leave. The PJ Masks proclaim their signature victory phrase. The next day, Connor and Amaya are at the comic bookstore to see the very first Flossy Flash comic issue now safely returned. They contact Greg through the tablet to see how he’s doing as his sneezes have gotten worse. Enjoying staying inside, he has created his own comic book hero named “The Amazing Sneezing Kid,” who flies backwards with his Super Sneezes. He falls down after sneezing; nevertheless, he’s alright, and the three laugh together, ending the episode. Moral/Lesson
