SynopsisPart 1The episode opens up on Halloween night. Connor, Amaya, and Greg are playing with some masks in the bookstore. Greg tells Cameron coming in that he is a gecko, but tries to take it back, fearing that he revealed his superhero identity. Cameron just brags about how awesome his costume will be and leaves, much to his chagrin. Connor and Amaya focus his attention on Halloween, especially since it’s the villains’ favorite time of the year. After a seeing kid run by, warning them about little kids in leotards playing tricks, the PJ Masks spot on the PJ Picture Player Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos in town. While they run over to their neighborhood, PJ Robot, who is dressed as a pumpkin, stays behind and keeps in contact since the ninjas will have some tricks waiting. The PJ Masks casually greet their classmates while blending their voices so they won’t know who they are. As they admire their costumes, Cameron comes in dressed as Captain Cameron, an interplanetary hero from outer space. He and the kids leave to continue trick-or-treating when the Ninjalinos pop in and scare them. They chase them until they get stuck on a Sticky Splat Web, then take their treats. The team catches up, but don’t know how to save them without revealing their superpowers. Gekko gets an idea; while being camouflaged, he pulls Cameron from the web, then helps him pull the rest of the kids out with his Super Gekko Muscles. To his disappointment, everyone believes that Cameron has interplanetary super muscles and is praising him for saving them. The team comforts him, saying that he helped, which is the most important thing. They walk over to the group, Owlette holding him back from revealing what actually happened. After Cameron expresses his determination to save the goody bags, he and the kids leave just as the Ninjalinos appear. The team chases them until they return to the Sticky Splat Web, where Owlette blows them on there with her Owl Wing Wind. Night Ninja suddenly appears as they begin recovering the treats. He expresses having fun tricking the kids and stealing their goody bags, then disappears with the Ninjalinos after the kids scream again for help. The kids, who have gotten new goody bags, run from a glowing pumpkin collecting the dropped treats and a goody bag. Cameron attempts to stop it, but hides in a trash can when it chases him. The team arrives and sees Luna Girl by the buildings. Owlette follows her while Catboy and Gekko direct Cameron to where the pumpkin went, unaware that he hit it while coming out of his hiding spot. The moths fly out, collect the pumpkin and treats, including the recovered ones, and fly off with Luna Girl. Owlette flies up and tells Luna Girl that HQ also has some treats. She and her moths fly over with the team following them. PJ Robot opens the bay doors, and with some smoke and lighting, he creates a scary face. Luna Girl is scared off of her Luna Board, and Gekko catches her, giving her a little scare. She chases her moths, who are also spooked from the face, as they bump into Cameron, drop all of the treats and the pumpkin near him and the kids, and fly away. As the kids retrieve their treats and Cameron becomes excited that he scared the apparent ghost in the pumpkin, the team prepares to have their own Halloween fun when Luna Girl and her moths suddenly return. Using her Halloween moon power saved in her Luna Magnet, she zaps three of them into ginormous size and has them capture the PJ Masks and fly away. Night Ninja appears beside her while the Wolfy Kids, who are also here, chase the kids and steal their treats. It’s soon revealed that all of the villains are working together to steal everyone’s goody bags this Halloween. Part 2The PJ Masks contact PJ Robot for help, who is monitoring what’s happening. He goes on top of HQ and sends out a loud sonic wave, then shines a light beam to grab the moths’ attention. As they fly towards him, they are forced to drop the team when they tickle them. He scares them away with his Halloween face while the team safely lands and thanks him for saving them. The team returns to the town to find the kids upset about their goody bags being stolen again. Cameron also arrives, then takes off with the group after assuring that he’ll get them back. Gekko grows more annoyed; nevertheless, the team searches for the Wolfies through Catboy’s Cat Ears. Kevin meets Howler and Rip in the park where they are enjoying the power of the Halloween Wolfy Moon, unaware that Luna Girl made it up, after stashing the goody bags somewhere secret. He made up a rhyme to help him remember where, which contains the words “loot” and “root.” Howler and Rip assume that the secret place is somewhere in the trees, but Kevin finds a bone inside a bush. He drops it when the team soon finds them. Owlette grabs the bone and reminds the Wolfies that no one is going to get any treats if they don’t reveal where they are. The word “treat” triggers Kevin’s memory, so he mentions in his rhyme that he hid the goody bags with his hot dogs, which are his favorite treats. Everyone is confused as this is not a rhyme until he reveals that he usually hides his favorite treats in the shed. Owlette throws the bone to distract the Wolfies, and the team runs over to the location. Unbeknownst to everyone, Luna Girl and Night Ninja are watching them from above. They are annoyed that the Wolfies have messed up as expected and surprised that the team has escaped from the moth attack. After hearing the conversation, they head over to the shed as well. In the sports field, as the team finds the goody bags, Cameron accuses them of stealing them. They drop them, tell him to return them, and walk away. Upon hearing his comment on how they have the nerve to dress up as superheroes, Gekko becomes angry, though Catboy leads him away. He expresses his frustration on how he is taking all of the credit for what the team’s doing and thinks that they stole the treats. They look from behind as he gathers them up with the thought of keeping them all to himself. The villains soon arrive. Cameron becomes very scared, but goes into a fighting stance, reminding himself that he’s Captain Cameron, and he can defeat the group, thinking that they are just kids in costumes. He proclaims to them that he’s a superhero and tries to speed dash away. Not convinced, the moths cover him, causing him to stumble into the shed when he tries to fight them. The team uses this opportunity to quickly deal with the villains since he can’t see them in action. After the fight, Cameron walks out of the shed and is surprised to see how he apparently defeated the villains. Thinking that he has superpowers, they run away, but not before the ninjas steal the goody bags. As Cameron is left thrilled that he impressed everyone with his “powers,” but upset that he lost the treats, the team chases them. Owlette sees them with her Owl Eyes going underground, so they follow them there and spy on them. Although the villains complain about the place’s conditions, and Luna Girl reveals to the Wolfies that she made up the Halloween Wolfy Moon when they complain that they don’t have its powers, they celebrate their victory. They split up the treats, though unevenly, and each one brags about how they were mainly responsible for the plan. The team sees that they care more about getting all the credit rather than being a team. Gekko admits he’s also guilty because he cared more about the credit for saving Halloween instead of just saving it. He then comes up with an idea. Owlette creates wind gusts, Catboy creates spooky noises, and a camouflaged Gekko brings the treats over to Luna Girl. This causes everyone else to think she’s scaring everyone so she can have them all. Everyone then fights over who should get the most based on the part they played for their Halloween heist. Gekko suddenly appears and scares them, and after a brief fight against the team, they are finally defeated. Catboy rounds up all the goody bags while Owlette offers hers for them to share. They fight over it, then run away when they hear Cameron demanding them to give up the goody bags. The PJ Masks throw the goody bags towards Cameron. Later, they watch from the rooftops while they check out their treats as the neighborhood kids praise him for stopping the villains and saving their goody bags. Although everyone will never know that they are the real heroes of the night, they know that when being a hero, doing the right thing is most important. They proclaim their Halloween-themed signature victory phrase. Moral/Lesson
