Ivan's House is Ivan's current residence. His house is located in a suburb of the city, next to the running track section of The Park. The house is a 3-story building with a garage and a front yard. There is also a clothes line in the front yard for him to hang his laundry. Ivan's bedroom is on the second floor on the front side of the house. Other known rooms are the living room and a bathroom, both of which are briefly seen in "Heroes Everywhere." Ivan's room contains a bed with two ceiling mounted supports to help Ivan get out of bed since his legs are paralyzed. At the window is a desk with a chair and a computer. The wall between his bed and this desk has multiple book shelves filled with books and superhero action figures. The walls of the bedroom are decorated with superhero posters.
