Synopsis
Lilyfay is flying near the lake making some shapes with her starlight zing. Then she sees Catboy, Owlette and Gekko riding the Cat Racer, Owl-Glider and Gekko-Mobile and flies to them. She is impressed with their vehicles and comments how her friends look like heroes riding them. Gekko says being a hero is about more than having a car, but she's welcome to ride with them. As the PJs leave, Lilyfay is disappointed that she doesn't have a vehicle to make her look like a hero. Unbeknownst to her, Octobella has been watching everything and finds the situation interesting.
The following day, Connor, Amaya and Greg are walking down the city talking about Lilyfay, when they see one of Octobella's Bubble of Badness emerging from the moat. It takes a nearby bike and the kids follow the bubble, but they lose sight of it. That night, the Power Heroes meet up in Power Q. Catboy, Owlette and Gekko take their vehicles to head to the city, while Lilyfay flies down on her own to have some time alone. The three PJs follow the bubble in their vehicles. A sad Lilyfay sits near the lake, where Octobella calls for her attention. She lies to her that Percival is hurt and she needs her help and convinces her to take the Gekko-Mobile without telling Gekko, so Lilyfay goes to find the vehicle. Gekko follows the bubble into an alleyway, he gets out of the Gekko-Mobile and runs to catch the bubble. Lilyfay rides the Gekko-Mobile to the moat. Gekko meets up with Catboy and Owlette, unknown to them, Percival is in the building with the bubble holding the bike, he pops the bubble and the bike falls into Gekko's arms, to their surprise and Owlette's suspicions. Lilyfay takes the Gekko-Mobile to Octobella, who in return, gives her a crystal from her collection. Then Octobella traps Lilyfay in another bubble. She takes the Gekko-Mobile's Power Cell and returns to her garden, while the bubble takes Lilyfay away. In her garden, Octobella puts the Power Cell in a circle with a crystal and casts a spell to create a giant tentacle.
The PJ Masks put the bike back in its place, when the Cat Racer suddenly floats to the moat, then the same happens to the Owl-Glider. Octobella comes out of water with her tentacle guardian, who has Gekko's powers and goes back to the moat. The PJ Masks call PJ Robot to equip them with their diving suits. The heroes swim down to the moat and find the Cat Racer, Owl-Glider and Gekko-Mobile sunken and without their Power Cells. Octobella had put the Cat Racer's and Owl-Glider's Power Cells in the circle with the Gekko-Mobile's, now the tentacle has all the PJ Masks' powers. They three come out of the moat and find Lilyfay, who had escaped from the bubble and confesses to them how she was tricked by Octobella. The tentacle appears from the moat and attacks the heroes, they fight back but are easily defeated.
They gather near the lake to make a plan. Lilyfay charges the crystal Octobella gave her with her power and multiples it into three crystals, so they can replace the vehicle's Power Cells temporarily. Lilyfay distracts the tentacle while the PJ Masks swin to the moat and put the crystals in their vehicles, making them work again. They manage to take down the tentacle with their vehicles and Lilyfay's Starlight Zing. Gekko swims to the garden and takes the Power Cells back. They put them back on their vehicles and Lilyfay takes her powers back from the crystals and throws them back to the moat. Octobella retreats back into the moat with Percival humiliated and defeated while Lilyfay learned that being a hero isn't about how you look, but about what you do. The four heroes shout their victory cry.
