Synopsis
The PJ Masks are chasing Romeo, who is on his way to space in the Flying Factory to steal satellites. He sends a squadron of Fly Bots to get one. Owlette fires some feather projectiles from the PJ Jet at a satellite dish on the factory to disturb Romeo's control over the Fly Bots. However, this causes the Fly Bots to crash against the PJ Jet, which in turn causes Owlette to accidentally fire another set of feathers. The feathers hit the factory and send it into space. Owlette feels bad for what she did, but Catboy assures her it was an accident.
As the factory floats off into space, Romeo decides to come up with a new plan. Robot reminds him they also have to repair the factory if they want to get back to Earth. To save time, Romeo decides to upgrade the factory's computer so it can think of a plan for him while he makes the necessary repairs. The computer thus becomes sentient.
The following day, Amaya still feels bad about what happened to Romeo, and it's made worse when PJ Robot informs them that the factory was damaged and is drifting off into deep space. Realizing that Romeo is in danger, the PJs decide to rescue him even though he is a villain. That night, they use HQ in rocketship mode to follow the Flying Factory. As they fly through space, they fail to notice how a group of satellites is tracking them.
The PJs enter the Flying Factory, but find the place unusually quiet. The Fly Bots are inactive and there is no sign of Romeo. Then all of a sudden the Fly Bots reactivate and attack the PJs. The PJs try to escape the factory, with PJ Robot guiding them from inside HQ. Then PJ Robot notices Romeo and Robot are being held captive in another section of the factory. He alerts the PJs to the location, who head over to the section and release Romeo and Robot. Romeo, while not happy to see the heroes, admits that his computer, now named Mabel, took over the factory after he boosted her intelligence. Romeo refuses the PJs help and tries to disable Mabel on his own, to no avail. When Mabel notices Romeo escaped and that the PJs are on board, she calls the Fly Bots to deal with them. She also sends the satellites, which turn out to be under her control, to capture the PJs' rocketship.
The PJs, with Robot's help, convince Romeo that they can only defeat Mabel together. Romeo reluctantly agrees, but insists he will make the plan. He gives Gekko a key that needs to be plugged into the control center, and Catboy has to blast the factory with a bolt of energy, for which Romeo will build a machine. Owlette will provide cover. Romeo builds the machine, which looks like a treadmill, and Catboy powers it up with his super speed. When a group of Fly Bots comes their way, Owlette uses her powers to fight them off, but they quickly begin to tire her out. Gekko, with his camouflage, sneaks into the control room, but finds himself under attack from Robette. Gekko turns invisible, but Robette is still able to see him with her heat-seeking vision. Romeo begins to lose hope that they can win, but Catboy encourages him to go on. Romeo finally stands up to Mabel. In the control room, Gekko leaps over Robette and plugs the key into the control panel. Romeo activates the machine, and the unleashed energy wave reboots the Flying Factory's system. As Mabel shuts down, the satellites cease their attack on HQ.
With the factory back under his control, Romeo attempts to turn on the PJs. He realizes the PJs are in the prison cell (since that is where the machine was set up) and thinks he got them, but forgets the door is still open. The PJs simply sneak out without Romeo noticing. Gekko sees a screen light up, and briefly Mabel's face appears, winking at him. Gekko decides not to alert Romeo to this.
