Synopsis
The episode opens in the Lunar Fortress, where Luna Girl is admiring her crystals. Then Motsuki teleports in and startles Luna, causing her to drop the crystals. This sparks a huge argument between the sisters. When Luna, in a fit of rage, states that she doesn't want to be on the moon with Motsuki anymore, Motsuki teleports Luna to the city, leaving her stranded there. Luna plots to take the moon back from Motsuki, then decides to get the PJ Masks to help her do so.
The following day, Connor, Greg and Amaya receive a letter in a moon bubble that depicts Motsuki being in trouble. That night, they transform into the PJ Masks to investigate what is wrong. As they plan to launch HQ to the moon, the PJ Picture Player alerts them to Luna, who is just outside HQ setting up a ramp and a go-kart. The PJs confront her. Luna claims that the Lunar Fortress is out of control, and Motsuki teleported her to safety. She claims that she is now trying to get back to the moon to help her sister. The PJs fall for it and allow Luna to come with them to the moon.
Once on the moon, Luna proposes a plan to the PJs for rescuing Motsuki. The PJs enter the fortress first, and Catboy wraps up Motsuki in his Super Cat Stripes. Too late do they realize that they have been tricked; Luna moves in, traps both the PJs and Motsuki in a crystal prison, and uses her Luna Magnet to steal Motsuki's teleport powers. As Luna tries to use her new powers, however, they go haywire and end up teleporting both Motsuki and Luna Girl from the fortress onto nearby asteroids. In the process, Luna drops her magnet.
The PJ Masks call PJ Robot to free them from the cage. They find the magnet, which glitches again and teleports the rocket ship away from the moon. The PJs try to use the magnet themselves, but end up stranded on the asteroids too; Gekko and Owlette with Motsuki, and Catboy with Luna Girl. Luna takes her magnet back from Catboy and makes another attempt at teleporting, only to end up floating in space. Motsuki claims only she can control the teleportation powers and promises to help the PJs if they get her the magnet. The PJs convince Luna to use the magnet to draw the asteroid with Motsuki towards her, to which Luna reluctantly agrees. Once she is near the magnet, Motsuki takes back her teleporting powers and teleports everybody back to the moon.
Unfortunately, Luna Girl is still mad at Motsuki and refuses to reconcile with her sister. This prompts Motsuki to teleport Luna, the PJs, and HQ all back to the city and claim the moon for herself. Back on Earth, the PJs make one final attempt to have Luna apologize to Motsuki, but to no avail. Instead, Luna vows to go back to her old life of living in the city and causing trouble there. As she drives off in her go-kart, the PJs prepare to deal with the upcoming trouble Luna will cause.

Trivia
- The transformation sequence is updated to now include the appearance of the upgraded HQ.
- This episode marks the return of the transition scene of HQ transforming into the PJ Rocket. This time it reanimates the scene to reflect on HQ's upgraded appearance, and removes the countdown sequence of the PJ Masks preparing for launch.
- There is an edited version of a scene in the PJ Masks save the day account showing Owlette, Gekko and Motsuki getting crushed by a meteor as the PJ Masks were thinking of a plan on how to rescue Luna Girl and obtain Motsuki's powers: https://www.facebook.com/PJMDirector/videos/1097765134031816/?__so__=channel_tab&__rv__=all_videos_card
- In this episode onwards, Luna Girl and Motsuki formed a bitter rivalry relationship against each other due to the former feeling no remorse for her negative attitude and actions towards the latter. As a result, Luna was kicked out of the Moon by her sister after finally admitting that she always disliked living on the Moon with Motsuki, and because her backfired plan ultimately put herself and everyone else at risk of being sent to outer space.
