Synopsis
The episode begins with Luna Girl showing Motsuki her previous antagonistic acts through her paintings in her Lunar Fortress. Motsuki tells her that she can be badder than her since she can also do bad things, though she just teases her. To prove it, she traps her in a moon bubble and strengthens it so she wouldn’t escape with her Luna Magnet, then traps her in a cave located inside a crater, which she covers with a moon rock. She teleports to Earth with a couple of moths to continue her reign of being the baddest.
The next night, the PJ Masks head into town after seeing a lot of mess earlier. They assume it’s Romeo who must have done this since there is a broken Pogo Dozer left behind. However, they change their assumption to Luna Girl because they find him trapped inside a moon bubble. After setting him free and he runs away, Motsuki appears and reveals that she was the one behind the destruction, claiming that she can do anything better than Luna Girl and can easily take on the team.
Motsuki leads the team on a chase that ends with her deflecting Owlette’s Super Owl Feathers towards her and leading Catboy in the water, then explains that she trapped Luna Girl on the moon so she can outdo her in being the better villain. The team takes off to rescue her, but it turns out to be a trick. After they locate her through Catboy’s Cat Ears and Gekko removes the moon rock, Motsuki zaps them in the crater. She blocks the opening with multiple moon rocks, kicks PJ Robot out of HQ, and takes possession. However, when she tries to fly it, it loses control.
Luna Girl is eventually freed from the cave, and Gekko punches the moon rocks away from the crater’s opening. The four kids escape to see HQ flying out of control and Motsuki screaming for help, in danger of getting lost in outer space. The team decides to help her by using a different approach. They contact her to say that since she’s proven to be bad, with their help and support, she can prove to be good at maneuvering HQ as well.
Giving her a few instructions on the controls, Motsuki manages to control the rocket. Just as the team gives her the final instruction on how to land, Luna Girl points out that she can steal HQ for real now that she knows how to fly it. Motsuki considers it, but decides to give it back and lands. The PJ Masks tell her that she did really well and agree that she’s learned her lesson. She claims she’s changed, though she’ll think about possibly being good one day and traps Luna Girl in a moon bubble again, who escapes and chases her.
