Ninjaka's motive is to take things from people that he needs for his own personal and needy uses, such as stealing the Seed of Orticia from Roméo Mécano in order to grow a bamboo forest.

Jumping Balloons: Along with the Ninjazouaves by his side, he can ride on colorful balloons which he uses as transportation.
