PJ Robot (also known as Mini-Bot by Romeo) is the tetartagonist of the PJ Masks series. He is a small robot who aids the PJ Masks (whom he is one fourth of) from Headquarters or in the field. He first appeared in the Season 2 episode "Wacky Floats," but his origins were not revealed until the episode "PJ Robot."

He was originally invented by Romeo as part of a plan to infiltrate HQ. Romeo intentionally made PJ Robot cute and friendly, so that way the heroes would like him and take him to their HQ. However, PJ Robot began to genuinely like the PJ Masks, and eventually betrayed Romeo to join them.

Official Website description

Friend of the PJ Masks, this miniature inventor is the keeper of HQ and unlocks the heroes’ new superpowers! PJ Robot is small, cute and has his own language of mechanical clicks, beeps and fizzes.

PJ Robot has the ability to hover above the ground, but additional details of its ability are currently unknown. It is presumed that PJ Robot can fly at high altitudes and speeds because of its wings.

In "The Mountain Prisoner," it's revealed that PJ Robot has at least four weapons installed in him, and can fight alongside the PJ Masks if needed.

In "The Wolfies Take HQ," it's revealed that PJ Robot can remote control HQ's rocket ship function.

In "PJ Robot Takes Control," it's revealed that PJ Robot knows magic tricks and juggling.

In "Gekko Takes Charge," it's revealed that PJ Robot can play music to wake people up.

PJ Robot is able to speak English, though, his speech often sounds intelligible. However, he expresses his emotions by changing the digital face on his head. He is very friendly and energetic.

Physical appearance

PJ Robot is shaped slightly like an egg and is gray in color with a red trim design around its body and wings. It has a clear dome for a head with an aqua-colored digital face and a blue trim lightning bolt design on each side. Painted on the middle of its body is a green lizard's tail, a blue paw print, and red wings.
