Synopsis
Connor, Amaya and Greg are cycling through the park when they come across tracks made by an unknown vehicle. Connor suspects the Wolfies, and hopes to figure out the mystery that night, but Amaya and Greg would rather see that he uses his super speed to catch this strange vehicle.
That night, the PJs set out in the Owl-Glider to find the vehicle. It turns out Connor was right; it’s the Wolfies, and they are pulling the Egyptian Chariot from the Museum. When the PJs confront the Wolfies, they learn that Pharaoh Boy is the real mastermind behind the chaos; he used his magic on the chariot to make it go faster. The PJs enter the museum to make Pharaoh Boy stop. Instead, Pharaoh Boy locks the stone tablet that he got the speed spell from in a box, which he claims nobody can open. And without the tablet, the spell can’t be reversed.
Catboy wants to open the box, but Gekko and Owlette insist that he uses his speed to go after Pharaoh Boy while they work on opening the box, much to Catboy’s disappointment. Outside the museum, Pharaoh Boy gets the Wolfies to pull the chariot for him by promising to use the speed spell on them too. Catboy keeps chasing after the chariot, undoing the damage that the Wolfies cause along the way, while Gekko and Owlette unsuccessfully try to open the box. The chase eventually leads to the park, where Pharaoh Boy uses his staff to knock Catboy out. Turns out he just wanted to lure Catboy away from the other PJs so he could capture him, since the speed spell requires Catboy’s powers. Pharaoh Boy drains Catboy’s speed into the chariot, which enables it to fly and move on its own. He ditches the Wolfies, and flies off to conquer the world. A tired Catboy calls PJ Robot to help him get back to the museum.
Pharaoh Boy flies back to the museum, where he gloats to Gekko and Owlette how he stole Catboy’s powers, and that the box they tried to open this whole time was just a distraction. He reveals the rest of his plan; if he circles the city three times with his super-powered chariot, everybody in the city will become his servant. It has already started to affect the Wolfies. Owlette and Gekko realize they should have let Catboy help sooner, and let him plan their next move. Catboy still has his other powers, and uses his cat ears to eavesdrop on Pharaoh Boy when he says the spell to control the stolen cat power. The PJs arm themselves with megaphones, and begin to say the spell themselves to disrupt Pharaoh Boy’s control. The chariot goes out of control, allowing Catboy to leap on it and steal his powers back. In the struggle, Pharaoh Boy falls into the fountain. Enraged at another defeat, he retreats to The World Beyond. The PJs return the chariot to the museum and shout their victory cry.
