SynopsisPart 1Gloop the Third and his Gloopets once again attempt to conquer Earth by covering the city in gloop. They are observed by Romeo, who overhears Gloop stating that Earth will be just the beginning, and he wants to conquer the whole universe eventually. That is an idea Romeo can relate to. Robot suddenly gets hit by a stray gloop projectile, and Romeo decides to analyze the gloop to see how it can be of use to him. Then the PJ Masks and Newton Star show up and force the aliens to retreat, though Gloop threatens to return with more gloop. This makes Romeo realize there is a whole planet full of gloop, which he plans to use for his new universe conquering plan. The following day, Newton and Greg are analyzing footage from last night's battle, and thus find out Romeo was spying on them. They decide to find out what he is up to. That night, after meeting up in Power Q with their fellow heroes and analyzing more footage from last night, they learn that Romeo knows about the gloop and has his eyes set on the whole universe now. Fearing what will happen if Romeo manages to reach planet Gloop or meet Gloop the Third for a potential team up since it’s what they both have in common, all the heroes go on this mission together. Meanwhile, Romeo, Robot and Robette are already in space with the Sky Factory, which is now powered by the gloop Romeo took last night. He first attacks Power Q with a gloop-powered zapper, sealing all the doors of the HQ shut and preventing the heroes from leaving. While the Power Heroes try to fix their HQ, Romeo and his robots fly through the black hole to Planet Gloop. On the planet, Gloop the Third is still sulking about his latest defeat at the hands of the Power Heroes. When Romeo arrives, he intentionally crashes the Sky Factory, and makes Gloop think the Power Heroes were responsible. This, combined with Romeo appealing to the alien's ego by calling him the greatest invader in the universe, convinces Gloop to form an alliance, unaware that Romeo is plotting to betray him for his own doing. Back on Earth, the Power Heroes have gotten rid of the gloop and Power Q is fully operational again. They decide to fly Power Q as a whole to Planet Gloop to confront the aliens. Romeo however, sees them coming on his tablet, and gives Gloop the Third his Freeze Ray to fight off the heroes. Gloop first freezes the Gloopets as a test and claims he will take on the PJ Masks alone. He boards and flies off in the Gloopster to confront the heroes. No sooner is he gone, does Romeo unfreeze the Gloopets, summon his Sky Factory, and begins to drain the gloop. The Gloopster arrives at Power Q and the battle begins, which ends with Gloop attaching his ship to the Headquarters' underside. Part 2Gloop the Third has broken into Power Q, and finds all the heroes waiting for him in the central room. With Romeo's freeze ray, he quickly captures all of the heroes except Owlette and Newton, who escape. As Gloop prepares to capture the remaining heroes however, he sees footage of his home planet on the computer and learns that Romeo is stealing his gloop. In his surprise, he accidentally freezes himself with the freeeze ray. The heroes tell Gloop that Romeo had tricked him. Meanwhile on Planet Gloop, Romeo takes control of a gloop cannon and fires three gloop projectiles through the black hole at Power Q, damaging the engines. Depressed about Romeo's deception and the loss of his own planet, Gloop the Third asks the Power Heroes for help. Back on Planet Gloop, the ground begins to quake and a volcano spouts out gloop projectiles. Robot fears that draining the gloop is causing damage to the planet, but Romeo doesn't care and orders his Fly-Bots to stay until the Sky Factory's tanks are completely filled. The Power Heroes decide to help Gloop, even though they don't fully trust him. Since Power Q cannot fly at the moment, the heroes take the Gloopster to get to Planet Gloop, and Newton brings along his Mecha Suit. Romeo notices and attacks them. But despite this, Newton, Gloop, Catboy, Owlette, Gekko and Lilyfay manage to successfully land on the planet. While the others retreat through the black hole, the remaining heroes plan a counterattack on Romeo; Lilyfay will help Gloop the Third to get to his factory, Gekko and Newton will defend the group against any incoming projectiles, and Owlette and Catboy will try to sneak onboard the Sky Factory to pump all the stolen gloop back into the ground. Even their best efforts are not good enough however, and they need more help. Gloop thus reconciles with his Gloopets and together, they deactivate the factory's functions, stopping Romeo from taking any more gloop. With Romeo distracted by this turn of events, Owlette and Catboy enter the Sky Factory to return the stolen gloop. Romeo and Robot catch them in the act and attack the two, but Gloop comes to their aid and freezes Romeo and Robot with the genius' own Freeze Ray. The gloop is pumped back into the planet, and the destruction is averted. Gloop thanks the heroes for their help and claims he owes them now, with the heroes in turn pointing out to him that invading planets is not his thing and he should settle for what he already has. The heroes return to Earth in the Newtron, towing Romeo's Sky Factory along with them. Having saved Planet Gloop and thus, the whole universe, the heroes shout their victory cry. Moral/Lesson
