Synopsis
The episode begins with Amaya showing Connor and Greg an ultra, super-deluxe Flossy Flash action figure she recently bought at the Toy Shop. She stores it in her bag, though it falls out as she runs to catch up with the boys; she soon notices when she is about to show more of the figure when they get home. The kids return to the toy shop to look for it, but it has disappeared. That night, PJ Robot scans the town in the PJ Picture Player for any signs of the doll or anyone who has it and may use it for bad intentions with no success.
The PJ Masks head over to the toy shop and look around. Through Owlette’s obsession with finding her action figure, they split up. Catboy hears with his Cat Ears Flossy Flash’s catchphrase. He finds the action figure on the street, which has a gadget now, and presses its button. The figure scans him, and he is turned into an action figure.
Romeo reveals to be the one behind the theft; he modified the Flossy Flash action figure so it could turn anyone into harmless action figures, preventing them from stopping him in taking over the world. Catboy tries to speed away, but his powers have no effect. Robot places him in a Catboy-themed display case, and the villains set up the next Flossy Flash trap somewhere else.
Gekko is looking around at the playground. He finds the Flossy Flash action figure when he hears its catchphrase, though he sees the gadget on it. Romeo turns it on to scan him, and he is also turned into an action figure. Gekko attempts to push Romeo when he appears with his Super Gekko Muscles, which have no reaction. Robot collects him and places him in a Gekko-themed display case next to Catboy’s. Owlette is now the only one left, but Catboy and Gekko have no idea how to warn her about Romeo’s trap.
Back in the town, Owlette overhears how Romeo has her Flossy Flash action figure and plans to throw it away. She confronts him and flies down to retrieve it, only to crash into Catboy and Gekko’s display cases. As Romeo throws the figure over to her, Catboy and Gekko warn her about how he wired it to turn them into action figures. Romeo begins to scan her, though she throws it back to him, and she apologizes to her friends about rushing off.
Owlette grabs the controls from Romeo before he could adjust the settings. She uses the figure on Robot to blackmail him into showing her how to turn Catboy and Gekko back to normal. She then begins to adjust the controls to reverse, but she doesn’t know how. Since Romeo is the only one who knows the process, he claims that he will change her friends back to normal if she returns the gadgets to him.
Owlette complies, and Romeo reverses the controls to turn Robot back to normal. He decides to keep the heroes as action figures, however, and throws the Flossy Flash figure to Robot. Owlette hits it out of his hand with her Super Owl Feathers, but she fails to catch it. It breaks when it hits the ground, and Catboy and Gekko start growing out of their display cases as a result.
Romeo tells Owlette to give him the figure so he can fix it and save her friends. Catboy and Gekko warn her not to, though she eventually gives in after being reluctant to do so at first. Using whatever powers they have, the boys hit the figure away from Romeo and Robot. It malfunctions some more, but Owlette realizes its effects are beneficial, and flies up before the villains could catch her. She willingly drops her Flossy Flash action figure, and Catboy and Gekko are back to normal when it breaks.
Romeo and Robot, now defeated, run off, while the PJ Masks proclaim their signature victory phrase. The next day, Connor and Greg walk over to Amaya to give her an Owlette-based action figure they created. She thanks them, and they share a laugh together, ending the episode.

Trivia
- This episode, along with "The Dragon Gong," is the first episode to air in 2019.
- In this episode, Catboy and Gekko are turned into action figures, which shrinks them, makes them move different, weakens the strength of their powers, and have higher pitched voices.
- Catboy gets shrunken for the second time.
- The first time this has happened was in "Catboy and the Shrinker."
- It can also be noted that Gekko is the second PJ Mask to be shrunken.
- This is the fourth time the PJ Masks say their successful mission phrase in unison.
