Synopsis
Pirate Robot is on board his ship, complaining to Flybot Sally how he needs a better ship in order to be a great pirate. When he notices Romeo and Robot discarding leftover machine parts from the Sky Factory, he decides to use them to upgrade his ship. Romeo mocks him for the idea. But as Pirate Robot collects the discarded machine parts, Romeo reveals to Robot that all of this is part of his latest plan.
The following morning, Amaya, Greg and Connor discover the street littered with Romeo's trash, and decide to do something about it that night. After transforming, they take the Owl-Glider to follow the trail of trash, while PJ Robot has an idea of his own. When the PJs notice Pirate Robot is gathering Romeo's trash for his own use, they decide to look for other villain activity as the littering problem is already being taken care of. When they're gone, PJ Robot arrives on the scene, and is convinced by Pirate Robot to help him find more stuff for his ship. To this end, he plans to loot the Sky Factory. When the PJs return to HQ and notice PJ Robot is gone, they call him through the PJ Picture Player. They're not happy PJ Robot is hanging out with Pirate Robot, but Pirate Robot convinces the heroes everything's all right.
PJ Robot helps Pirate Robot to make the Spanner of the Skies faster, and they set sail for the Sky Factory. The chase takes them both into space. This alerts the PJs, and they follow suit in the PJ rocket ship. Pirate Robot, Flybot Sally and PJ Robot board the Sky Factory, but are ambushed by Romeo, who captures the three robots with a force field. The PJs also arrive and free the robots. Romeo, however, doesn't seem to mind and just sits back as the heroes and robots escape. When the group gets outside, they find Robot tampering with the Spanner of the Skies. When he spots the heroes, he quickly pushes the Spanner of the Skies away from the Factory. Pirate Robot panics and, with Flybot Sally, quickly chases after his ship. With the help of the PJs, they manage to get back on board. Unfortunately, the engine of the ship no longer works. It turns out Romeo had Robot take the ship's power pack, which was his target all along. And he left a trap on board the ship: a magnet that immobilizes the PJs and the three robots. As the finishing touch, Romeo shoots the Spanner of the Skies with a ray gun, and sends the ship drifting aimlessly into space.
Pirate Robot confesses that it was him who convinced PJ Robot to try and steal from Romeo, and he's sorry. PJ Robot has a plan; he instructs Pirate Robot to use the toaster that forms his head to fire a slice of toast in the air. The toast ricochets around the ship and hits the off button of the magnet, freeing the PJs and the robots. PJ Robot fixes the broken engine, and the Spanner of the Skies sets a course back to Earth. Romeo tries to shoot them down, but by deploying the magnet, the heroes are able to give the Spanner of the Skies enough speed to dodge the shots. When they get close enough to the Sky Factory, Gekko tosses the magnet towards it. The magnet gets stuck to the factory's hull and magnetizes the entire factory, trapping Romeo and Robot. Pirate Robot drops the PJs off on their rocket ship and flies away, while the PJs shout their victory cry.
