Notes

  • The fourth season majorly focuses on the upgrades of the PJ Masks' existing vehicles, as well as the transformation of the three original villains' outfits.
    • News articles mentioning a PJ Masks traveling exhibit by eOne for Sea Life aquariums (which are all now closed due to the pandemic) mention that the season will also feature new underwater missions.[6]
  • This season introduces Newton Star, Octobella, Percival, Pharaoh Boy and Munki-Gu, the latter of which having first appeared at the 2020 New York Toy Fair.
    • Currently, both the first and fourth mentioned characters have had their designs revealed at the aforementioned Toy Fair, while the official designs for the second and third mentioned characters and Octobella have yet to be revealed.
    • Some newer vehicles, such as the Turbo Movers and PJ Air Jet, will also debut in this season.
  • The PJ Train and Luna's Moon Buggy might be upgraded versions of the train from "Blame it on the Train, Owlette" and Cameron's toy race car from "Gekko's Blame Campaign", respectively.
    • Also, the latter most likely has a different appearance, as seen at the Toy Fair, where the Wolf Wheelz was also renamed as the "Wolf Mobile".
  • This is the first season where Kyle Harrison Breitkopf does not voice Gekko.
  • This is the first season to completely air on the Disney Junior channel.
  • This is the first season with only 25 episodes.
    • However, it still has the usual 52 x 11' segments, even though the first four will all be part of one episode.
