Season 6 is the sixth season of PJ Masks. On June 18, 2021, sources confirmed that the sixth season was in production. On June 15, 2022 at the Annecy Festival,[1] the season is shown to be called PJ Masks: Power Heroes. The season premiered on April 19, 2023, with a 4-part story arc and the first few episodes being available on Disney+[2] and on DisneyNOW, and concluded with a 2-part story arc on April 15, 2024.

- This season features many new aspects, such as:
- New characters: Ice Cub, Bastet, Lilyfay, the Reindeer,[3] a new space villain named Gloop the Third[4] and his henchmen called Gloopets (Gloopet I, Gloopet II, and Gloopet III).
- New locations: Iceworld, a new headquarters in space, a new outer space planet called Gloop, and the full onscreen debut of The World Beyond (via the transformation sequence).
- New vehicles: the Ice Dasher, the Cat Racer, the Newtron, the PJ Explorider,[5] and the Gloopster.
- New suits: This season introduces the Mecha Suit for Newton Star.
- New story structure: this season includes episodes where all nine heroes meet together and figure out how to save the day, forming a new team called the Power Heroes.
- New theme song and end credits: the season's episodes start with a new Power Heroes theme song and concludes with a new end credits.
- New name and logo: this season is called PJ Masks: Power Heroes, and features a new logo.
- This season introduces a new transformation sequence.
- This season also features more specials, specifically 3 44-minute episodes and 4 half-hour episodes.
- The crew originally planned for this season to have 6 half-hour episodes.
- This season also features episodes with new background texture borders in the title cards.
- Specifically, one containing snow and ice for when Ice Cub is the central hero of the episode and another containing Gloop splats for when Gloop the Third is the main villain.
- Three voice actors from Season 4 have been replaced in this season.
- Five voice actors from Season 5 have been replaced in this season.
- Shechinah Mpumlwana, who was the voice of Rip, is replaced by Shazdeh Kapadia.
- Matthew Mucci, who was the voice of Howler, is replaced by Jackson Reid.
- Ethan Pugiotto, who was the voice of Kevin, is replaced by Logan Nicholson.
- Evan O'Donnell, who was the voice of Catboy, is replaced by Kai Harris.
- Elliott Couillard, who was the voice of Timmy, is replaced by Athan Giazitzidis.
- As of this season, An Yu and Newton Star get new masks from the new HQ.
- This is the first season to get its own name.
- This season has 23 episodes, but it still maintains its regular 52 segments.
- This is the third season to not have 26 episodes, with the previous two being Seasons 4 and 5.
- Armadylan makes his returning appearance in this season since "The Labours of Armadylan" in Season 4.
- Romeo, Luna Girl, and Night Ninja get new designs in this season from the Psychoactive Asteroid.
- This season is the first to have an early access batch on Disney+ and DisneyNOW.
- This season is the first to not have any episodes ending in the daytime.
- Even though this season is referred to as Season 6, some companies treat this as a separate series, meaning that the numbering is possibly set back to Season 1 instead of continuing the season numbering, like Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, Season 4, Season 5, and Season 6.
- As of this season onward, the Pirate Power and Animal Power logos have been discontinued, as shown in the episodes "Pirate Ice Storm" and "Cats on Wheels."
- This is the first season where Teeny Weeny, Munki-gu, Orticia, the Pumpkins, and Owly are fully absent, nor are they mentioned in any way.
