The Speedy Twins (Carly and Cartoka) are a sibling pair of antagonists and nighttime villains, but sometimes anti-heroes from Zoomzania in the television series PJ Masks. They first appeared in the Season 5 episode "Carly and Cartoka."
Physical appearance
Carly and Cartoka are both humanoid in appearance, but their skin is blue with orange markings, and their hands have three fingers. They have red eyes, pointed ears, and black hair with different shades of purple. For their outfits, they wear racing jumpsuits and boots of alternating colors between red and black, the latter containing yellow markings and padding and lights located on each side and their knees. A pink star-shaped logo is located on their chests, while a light is also located on each of their shoulders. They also wear jetpacks.
Carly's helmet is red with white lightning stripes on each side and a white arrow running down the middle. When she wears her black face-concealing visor, a red electronic mouth and eyes are projected.
Cartoka's helmet is black, white, and purple with a microphone attached. When he wears his black face-concealing visor, a blue electronic mouth and eyes are projected. He also wears a technological armband on his right lower arm.
Personality
The twins both adore racing and anything speed-related. They are constantly looking for ways to make their vehicle, the Flashcar, faster, and take any chance to race against others. They are very arrogant about their abilities. However, they can give credit when credit is due, as Cartoka gave Catboy kudos for his Cat-Car being fast enough to make the dimensional jump to Zoomzania.

Motive
The twins are mainly motivated by their desire to get the best race car; Cartoka wants to build it, and Carly drives it.
Powers & Abilities
- Super Speed: Both twins are much faster than a regular human, even when walking.
- Engineering: Cartoka is an excellent mechanic, and thus the one responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Flashcar. He can use parts of any vehicle to modify the Flashcar.
- Driving: Carly is an excellent race car driver, and thus the one who drives the Flashcar.
