Catboy speeds around the town with his Super Cat Speed. As he turns another corner, he skids to a stop and apologizes to the audience for almost knocking them over, stating that he is just practicing his Super Cat Speed. While Catboy takes off again, he declares that it’s great to be the quickest, but he also explains that his power is more than just about being fast.
Romeo and Robot are at the top of the museum, ready to fire Romeo’s new invention at PJ Masks Headquarters. Catboy, spying at them from below, instantly runs towards them, but does not notice another invention in the bushes. It senses him as he runs past it, and it activates a trap that drops a cage on him from above.
The short rewinds back to the time where Catboy is spying on the villains. Catboy explains that if he calms down and takes a breath, he can come up with the best course of action. Activating his Super Cat Speed, he grabs a trash can and throws it to where the cage is located. He runs past the sensor in the bushes, which activates the trap. Catboy then uses the cage to boost him up to the top of the museum, and he grabs the invention while Robot grabs Romeo before he falls down.
Back on the ground, now that Catboy has the invention, he presses a button to see what it does. It fires, and it zaps Romeo and Robot, revealing that the machine is the Non-stop Dance Invention as they dance. Catboy smiles sheepishly to the audience, and the short comes to an end.
Things will likely go more smoothly if you plan ahead.
This is the first 1 1/2 minute short to debut after Puppy Dog Pals on Disney Junior.
