SynopsisThe episode commences with the PJ Masks chasing Luna Girl before she goes into HQ to get her moon crystal back. The moths cover the Cat-Car’s windshield, causing the vehicle to lose control and forcing the team to escape before it sinks in the moat. Owlette blows Luna Girl and the moths away, while Gekko swims underwater to retrieve the vehicle. He also finds a mysterious crystal. The next day, Greg shows the others the crystal. However, it won’t come out of his hands for some reason, and he didn’t have time to research on the PJ Picture Player. That night, PJ Robot scans the crystal for any information, though there’s nothing in the database. Gekko suggests going to the library to check it out, when he suddenly teleports there. He teleports back to HQ when he mentions it, then teleports to the park when he thinks of it. He gets excited when he returns to HQ because with the crystal, he can now teleport anywhere. Owlette warns him to be careful, though, since they don’t know how or why it ended up in the moat, nor why is it stuck to him. The PJ Picture Player’s alarm sounds; Romeo is zapping things with his Invisibility Ray, which he rebuilt after the first one was thrown in the moat. The PJ Masks prepare to take the Owl-Glider, but Gekko states he can handle it himself and teleports to the Flying Factory. He confiscates the invention when he gets there and destroys it, but not before camouflaging himself to lead Romeo and Robot on a chase. Gekko then teleports to Mystery Mountain, where Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos are attempting to break in after An Yu changed the locks on the gate. The Ninjalinos run away when he suddenly appears, and he sends the catapult down the mountain. Night Ninja is forced to retreat, and he tells Catboy running up the mountain that he will get Gekko for this. Catboy catches up with Gekko and An Yu, who thanks him for protecting the mountain when she was not able to do so. She looks at the crystal when he shows it to her, and warns him that some good things can become a curse. Gekko does not think this is true for the crystal, though, and he teleports back to HQ. Catboy runs back himself when Gekko attempts to take him with him, upset that he can’t keep up with him. Back at HQ, Gekko apologizes to Catboy about the crystal knocking him off when he tried to take him, saying that it must only work on those holding the crystal. Catboy and Owlette suggest it might be a curse, especially since it looks like Gekko doesn’t need the team anymore. Gekko denies it; he just loves being able to teleport anywhere he can think of. His teammates declare they should go on the next mission together, and he promises this since he can be everywhere. However, the crystal picks up on this, and Gekko starts teleporting everywhere while the PJ Picture Player shows the Wolfies rolling Armadylan around at the sports hall. Believing that Gekko took off without the team again, Catboy and Owlette catch up in the Cat-Car, which is now fixed from last night. Meanwhile, Gekko tries removing the crystal from his hand as he continues teleporting. He arrives at the sports hall just as the rest of the team stops the Wolfies and gets their attention; the crystal can’t stop zapping him. Gekko continues trying to take the crystal off with his powers as he keeps teleporting around. After Catboy and Owlette help Armadylan down, they return to HQ to keep track of him. Catboy suddenly remembers about what happened on Mystery Mountain: the teleporting slowed down as he held on to Gekko. Therefore, the team can save him if they hold on to him together. Gekko suddenly appears by his teammates. While they try holding him down, he apologizes about going off without them and making them believe he doesn’t need their help anymore. He just wanted to be fast like Catboy’s Super Cat Speed and Owlette’s Super Owl Wings. He soon disappears; there was not enough weight to hold him down. However, the team helped Armadylan earlier, so they can ask him for his help in saving Gekko. Soon, the PJ Masks, along with Armadylan, spread out so they can have a better chance of catching Gekko. Owlette spots him appearing by the moat, and everyone runs over to grab him, though the crystal is too strong. Gekko is about to teleport again, but Armadylan takes the crystal out of his hand just in time and throws it in the water. Gekko thanks everyone for saving him, saying that teamwork beats any crystal and its powers. Armadylan confirms this and gives him a hug, then rolls off. Catboy apologizes to Gekko about getting upset with him just because he was faster than him. Gekko apologizes for making his friends feel left out, and he declares his gratefulness for them, especially when they got rid of the crystal together. The PJ Masks shout out their signature victory phrase, and go back inside. Meanwhile, the Teleporting Crystal sinks down to the bottom of the moat, where a tentacle snatches it from behind the aquatic plants. Moral/Lesson
