Synopsis
The episode opens with An Yu asking the PJ Masks to help her recharge her bo staff, which is growing weaker. To do so they need to join An Yu in her meditation of eternal respect. Owlette promises An Yu they will come back to help her after practicing first. Unfortunately, Munki-gu is also in the pagoda and overheard them. He thinks the PJs and An Yu are too serious and decides to make things more fun. He goes to a cave and retrieves his Magical Monkey Flute.
The following day, after practicing meditation in the park, the PJs transform and head back to Mystery Mountain. But as they enter the portal, Munki-gu tests his flute on Gekko to make him say that An Yu is too serious, something that startles Gekko. The PJs shrug it off however and head to the pagoda, followed by Munki-gu.
As the night goes on, the PJs try their best to help An Yu medidate, but Munki-gu keeps using his flute to make the PJs say weird words, and thus disrupt their concentration. Eventually, An Yu, who thinks the PJs are deliberately mocking her, gets angry and orders the PJs to leave. Her anger also angers the mountain, who throws the PJs and An Yu out of the pagoda.
An Yu hurries back inside to try and calm the mountain. As the PJs wonder why they said all those silly things, Munki-gu is suddenly thrown out of the pagoda by the mountain. An Yu tries to reason with the mountain, but learns that the mountain is angry because An Yu broke one of the laws; she should not have lost her patience with the PJs when they were just trying to help. The mountain once more throws An Yu out of the pagoda. Outside, the volcano next to the mountain begins to erupt, shooting sticky splat projectiles everywhere.
In the chaos, An Yu runs into the PJs and Munki-gu. She sees the flute and realizes Munki-gu was responsible for the whole mess. They regroup at the foot of the mountain, where An Yu apologizes to the PJs. They try to keep the mountain from destroying itself by deflecting the incoming sticky splat projectiles, but there are too many of them, and the PJs are still under the influence of the flute. Using his camouflage, Gekko is able to steal the flute from Munki-gu, and An Yu uses it to reverse the spell. Now that the PJs are serious again, An Yu declares herself their friend once more. This finally calms down the mountain, and the eruption ends. The mountain also recharges An Yu's staff. With the danger over, the PJs try to shout their victory cry, but are interrupted by Munki-gu; nevertheless, everyone shares a good laugh.
