The PJ Masks theme song is a song that opens each episode of the series. An instrumental reprise plays over the end credits.

Trivia
- The three PJ Masks sing the original theme song in the episodes "Catboy's Tricky Ticket" and "Moonfizzle Balls."
- Catboy, Owlette, Gekko, and Luna Girl are so far the only characters to appear in all versions of the theme song.
- Addison Holley, Jacob Ewaniuk, and Kyle Harrison Breitkopf voice Owlette, Catboy, and Gekko, respectively in the theme song used for Seasons 1-5, while Kai Harris and Rain Janjua voice Catboy and Gekko, respectively, in the theme song used for Season 6. Addison Holley continues to voice Owlette in the Season 6 theme song since she is not replaced in the series.
- The original vehicles appear in the show's theme song for the entirety of Seasons 4 and 5 despite being upgraded twice (once in "Heroes of the Sky," and another in "The PJ Riders Save the Day.")
- In the theme for Season 6, the line "'Cause bedtime is the right time to fight crime!" is changed to "'Cause nighttime is the right time to fight crime!" This is likely because "nighttime" rhymes with "right time" and "fight crime," whereas "bedtime" does not.
- Official "sped up" and "slowed down" versions of the original theme song were released on Spotify and YouTube Music on April 17, 2025.[1]
