The Tracker Whacker is the first invention of Romeo's shown in the series. Its initial purpose is to create an infinite loop of train tracks going anywhere Romeo wants. It's other purpose is to transport Romeo to his runaway laboratory.
The Tracker Whacker consists of two mechanical hands placing train tracks in front of the (stolen) train as it receives them from the back of the train.
Romeo used the Tracker Whacker in two episodes: "Blame it on the Train, Owlette" and "Owlette's New Move.
